Questions we
get first.

The stuff people ask on the first phone call. If your question isn't here, just send it through — we read every form.

Q · 01
Is there a charge for a quote?

No. On-site consultations across our primary service area are free. We walk the property, talk through scope, and send a written quote within 3–5 business days.

Q · 02
How far in advance should I book?

Hardscape builds for spring/summer fill up by February. Fall install, book by July. Snow contracts close in October. Maintenance routes open year-round.

Q · 03
Do you do small jobs?

Yes. A walkway repair, a stump grind, a single paver lift. We don't set minimums — if we can fit it on a truck and get there that week, we quote it.

Q · 04
Can you work with my architect/designer?

Gladly. We build to plans and drawings, or we'll recommend a designer we've worked with before. Either way, the build team is ours.

Q · 05
Do you need my HOA approval?

That's your call to make. We can provide product specs, material samples, and a project summary in a format most HOAs accept.

Q · 06
What's your payment schedule?

Typical structure: deposit at contract signing, progress payment at material delivery, balance on completion walk-through. Spelled out in every quote.
